HUMAIN ONE is an AI-native enterprise operating system designed to unify back-office and productivity systems into a single intelligent interface. Users can retrieve data, trigger workflows, and complete tasks using natural language or structured inputs. The system replaces fragmented apps with AI agents that act and reason like human team members.
The product is organized into functional collectives. Each collective is responsible for a domain-specific set of modules and agents. Current collectives include HR, Finance, Productivity, and Procurement. A dedicated platform team supports shared architecture, orchestration, UI components, marketplace infrastructure, tenant management, and billing systems.
This role is part of the Finance Collective, which owns the development of all financial system capabilities, starting with payroll and expanding into general ledger, budgeting, planning and analysis, invoicing, and procurement.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of HUMAIN ONE’s Finance module. This includes both the underlying financial data architecture and the intelligent agent use cases built on top of it.
You will begin by defining the system foundation, including the chart of accounts, general ledger, payroll structure, and calculation logic. The finance system should be global in nature, following IFRS and US GAAP principles, and designed to be configurable to meet varying organizational and regional requirements. Working with subject matter experts, you will translate financial policies and workflows into structured data models and agent behaviors that ensure both accuracy and adaptability across diverse deployment environments.
Beyond system accuracy and compliance, your goal is to reimagine how finance is done. You will design agents that automate repetitive work, streamline approvals, reduce reconciliation overhead, and enable small finance teams to operate with greater speed and control.
This is not about replicating existing ERP systems. It is about defining a new way of working where finance operations are run by intelligent agents and managed by a lean team of high-leverage individuals.
